Training Makes All the Difference

At Aladdin, we hire many technicians straight out of tech school, before they have been given an opportunity to receive inferior on-the-job training or adopt bad habits. Once hired, an Aladdin technician can expect to receive significantly more initial training, both factory and in-house, than that provided by most competitors.

In addition, follow-up and ongoing training are provided throughout the technician’s career. This not only assures that Aladdin technicians are the best trained in the area, but they are the most loyal, motivated and dedicated. Indoor Air Quality Specialists Aladdin handles all types of special needs from asthma, allergy, and hay fever relief to dirt, dust, airborne pollutant control, odor abatement, and humidity control.
