The annual award recognizes dealers that exemplify quality in customer service and are considered one of Carrier's model Factory Authorized Dealers (FAD) when working with consumers. Aladdin Air Conditioning is one of only thirty companies to receive this award and was chosen from a field of over 800 Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers nationwide. President's Award elite winners will serve as role models for their fellow Carrier dealers nationwide. The award presents the opportunity for recipients to aid other dealers, and cultivate excellence across the dealer group as a whole. After 25 years working in the HVAC industry, owner and President Wayne Beck struck out on his own. Mr. Beck set out to differentiate his business by specializing in high quality installations of high efficiency systems, and focusing on a higher level of service to the customers. Founded in 1999 Aladdin started out with a handful of customers in its immediate vicinity of the Conejo Valley; today Aladdin Air boasts thousands of customers across a wide geographical region. Mr. Beck attributes this growth to the fantastic group of co workers, each of whom are always ready to exceed to our customers expectations by delivering great customer service. Aladdin's response region ranges from Ventura to the west and the West San Fernando Valley to the east; from Malibu to the south and as far north as Fillmore and Ojai. Recipients were honored at the 39th Annual Indoor Air Expo Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) conference in Orlando during Carrier's annual FAD meeting.
